These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Massive Mushroom apps, games, websites, support pages, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you download a Massive Mushroom app from Apple's App Store, your use of that app is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a separate custom agreement applies.

1. Apple Standard EULA

Massive Mushroom apps distributed through Apple's App Store are licensed, not sold. Unless a separate custom end user license agreement is provided through App Store Connect, your use of the app is subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You may use the Services only if you can legally agree to these Terms and comply with applicable law. Some Services may have age ratings, family-use expectations, or parental guidance requirements shown in the App Store or within the app.

If a Service later supports accounts, cloud sync, or other identity features, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in violation of law or these Terms.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or misuse the Services.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or source code.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify an app except where applicable law permits it.
  • Use the Services to harass, harm, exploit, or mislead anyone.
  • Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Services without permission.

4. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Some Services may offer paid downloads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, premium features, or other paid content. Purchases made through Apple's App Store are handled by Apple through your Apple ID account.

  • Payment terms, renewal, cancellation, and refunds may be controlled by Apple or the applicable platform provider.
  • You can manage App Store subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
  • Massive Mushroom does not receive your full payment card details from Apple.
  • Features, pricing, and availability may change over time where permitted by law and platform rules.

5. App Content and Disclaimers

Our Services may include games, entertainment, learning tools, goal tracking, journaling, astrology, wellness-oriented content, or other informational content. The Services are provided for personal, entertainment, educational, productivity, or self-reflection purposes depending on the app.

The Services do not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice. Do not rely on the Services as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, designs, text, graphics, characters, game assets, branding, audio, interfaces, and other content, are owned by Massive Mushroom or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

You may use the Services for personal use as allowed by these Terms, Apple's standard EULA where applicable, and any in-app rules or App Store terms.

7. User Content and Feedback

Some Services may let you enter, store, export, or share your own content, such as notes, goals, settings, or journal entries. You are responsible for the content you create or enter.

If you send us feedback, ideas, bug reports, or suggestions, you allow us to use them without obligation to compensate you, while you retain any rights you already have in your own materials.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be handled.

9. Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Services, or created legal, security, or operational risk. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the app or leaving the website.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available on every device or platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Massive Mushroom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Services.
